Allied London and Vita Group partner for Enterprise City resi

Allied London and Vita Group have teamed up to deliver the first phase of residential development at Enterprise City in Manchester. Allied London has sold a site on the scheme to Vita originally earmarked for a development under its own PRS brand, Nickel & Dime. Vita said that it had not yet been decided whether the development would be a PRS scheme or another type of residential, but that student accommodation was not being considered despite its background in the sector.
