Howard de Walden Estate hires Gerald Eve's North as head of leasing

The Howard de Walden Estate has appointed Richard North as head of leasing for its office, medical and educational portfolios. North (pictured), who is succeeding Claire Kennedy following her retirement, was previously with Gerald Eve's office agency team and latterly in the corporate real estate team. He has wide experience of the London market and will be in charge of the estate's leasing strategies.
