After years of successful publication, TTX Company has stopped printing its quarterly "TTX Engineering and Research Newsletter." The popular customer report still lives but in digital form on the World Wide Web. It's just one of the many TTX published products that are Internet accessible and published exclusively on the company's Web site. The capability to provide customers data in real time or deliver market reports instantaneously via the Internet is a technological breakthrough that suits TTX and its primary mission. "The focus has been to use the Web as a collaborative tool," says John Braly, TTX's Vice President―Information Technology. "The ability of customers to access TTX with nothing more than a Web browser is tremendous."
