SINCE 2013, Progressive Railroading has honored 100 "Rising Stars" -professionals under the age of 40 who are making a positive difference in the railroad industry. The people selected for recognition are among hundreds of talented individuals nominated by colleagues and peers for advancing the mission of their railroads, companies, agencies, organizations and associations. Choosing only 20 people to recognize each year has never been an easy task.
