This is a test: How much do you believe in your service or product? Is it everything you say it is? What about its quality or reliability? Is it 100 percent reliable? Six Sigma? Or is it "mostly" reliable? Perhaps your defect rate is "a little high"; maybe you deliver to promise "some of the time." If that's the case, stop reading now. In fact, if that's the best you can do or ever plan to do, you won't have a business in two years.
