摘要

In this paper it is shown that the major results of the thermodynamics of solar energy conversion are obtainable by use of the balance equations for energy and entropy fluxes. A survey of some well-known considerations is included, with the idea of making the paper also a helpful introduction to the subject. The remaining part of the article presented some of the most frequently cited results from the literature (both theoretical and experimental). We gave some details of experimental techniques and of theoretical models in each case.
