Based on an earlier steady state model, a linearized non steady non steady state model of the Safe Integral Reactor (SIR) steam generator is developed. Twi models are derived for the nucleate boiling regime. In the first model it is assumed that any changes in the heat addition or loss or flow perturbations will affect only the vaporization or condensation.
