The fourth effect of turbulence-dispersion

In the turbulent flow there exist not only dissipation effects (viscosity, conduction and diffusion), but also the fourth effect-dispersion. Just the dispersion effect of the turbulence could result in the inverse trans- port of energy, which was called the negative viscosity phenomena. The new Reynolds averaged equations which in- clude both the dissipation and dispersion effects of the turbulence are presented.
