Biolistic process and factors influencing its validity

摘要

A ZHFQ biolistic apparatus has been developed, and high-velocity motion process of microprojectiles estimated. The factors or parameters (project velocity, degree of atomization of microprojectiles, target distance and vacuum, etc.) affecting and underlying biolistic process are investigated. The biolistic process using ZHFQ device has been applied to transferring resistant gene, such as Bt gene for plant cell or callus, malignant phenotypic reversion of human tumor cells by p53 gene bombardment andgenetic immunization of mice by introducing HBsAg gene, etc.
