When I took over the Chairmanship of the institute last October it was obvious that some changes were needed to move the Institute forward. The important issues needed to be identified and prioritised. The President and myself in co-operation with the Secretary General are looking at how we can progress and grow the Institute; we expect this to take between two and three months to completion. We have begun by meeting and talking to members at Branch meetings around the country.
