HAUL OF QUALIFICATIONS FOR P&O FERRY MANAGERS

There were celebrations at P&O Irish Sea when eight members of staff gained the CMI Level 4 Certificate in Management and Leadership.rnThe professional qualification forms part of the ferry operator's Positive Orientation Graduation Programme. P&O has been working with Larne Enterprise Development Company since 2009 to develop the programme, which is tailored to the specific management needs and challenges of the transportation and distribution industry.rnThe programme is open to supervisors and managers, and demonstrates the company's ongoing commitment to equip staff with the broad range of skills they need to build their management competence and practice. Eleven other members of staff have also completed the programme.
