Heraeus Acquires DWM & Associates

Heraeus Sensor Technology GmbH, a manufacturer of platinum temperature sensor elements, has acquired DWM & Associates Inc., its former exclusive U.S.rnand Canadian distributor and representative since December 2002. Following the transaction, which was completed on September 1, DWM will be known as Heraeus Sensor Technology USA and continue to act as the company's U.S. sales and marketing operation.
