Employees Graduate from Leadership Program at Combustion Company

Manufacturer of products and systems for industrial heating and drying applications, Eclipse Inc., Rockford, Ⅲ, recently graduated six employees from its leadership development program. The program consists of eight modules that introduce specific leadership behaviors required in today's marketplace. Recent graduates of the program include Doug VanHeeren, business applications manager; Dave Ward, manufacturing supervisor; Kent Campbell, IT infrastructure manager; and manufacturing supervisors Jim Shepard Jr., Rose Leid and Dan Quisenberry.
