Relativity of the Inevitable

The world does not tolerate emptiness. Even a vacuum is a relative concept. When the conditions of maintaining a vacuum change, the composition and structure of the particles of matter filling it immediately change. The basic laws of the world of natural processes and social processes are very similar: the striving to reduce entropy (i.e., indeterminacy) as well as to minimize energy expenditures, is universal.
