Transformation of the Work of Oil Design Institutes: Engineering and Conceptual Design

The article examines directions for effective work of the scientific research and design team, and characteristics of conceptual design in the process of engineering and reengineering of surface field facilities. The basic directions and types of conceptual work done by the specialists of OAO TomskNIPIneft' are described, and a diagram is presented of the organization of project management work in the oil and gas industry, which is used to ensure that the results of the work meet investors' requirements.
