The Strategy of the Silk Road Economic Belt and Ensuring Russia's Economic Security

As Russia's national economy and the entire global economy slowly recover from the global financial and economic crisis, the global community has to find a new model for interaction and must create new mechanisms for economic development. Implementation of the Silk Road Economic Belt and its interfacing with the building of the EAEU could reflect globalization and regionalization in Central Asia and provide for steady development of the national economies of Russia and other SCO members.
