With the AEGC just behind us, I wouldlike to acknowledge my colleaguesat Geoscience Australia for theirinsightful, well-researched andimpactful presentations. In all, we hadeleven presenters covering stochasticinversion for AEM data, 3D potentialfield modelling, MT and passive seismicinvestigations, through to detailedbasin studies (Table 1). Along with GAfacilitatedand well-attended workshopson airborne EM and diversity in thegeosciences, the value of our work wasalso communicated through key-noteaddresses focussed on the impacts ofgeophysical data releases by Minister Pittand GA’s Chief of Division, Dr AndrewHeap.
