Northern Territory Geological Survey: Release of the NTGS Tanami Region Airborne Magnetic, Radiometric and Elevation Survey

The Northern Territory Geological Survey(NTGS) and Geoscience Australia (GA)have recently released the NTGS TanamiRegion Airborne Magnetic, Radiometricand Elevation Survey (Figure 1). Over270 000 line km of high resolution datanow provide seamless coverage across42 000 km2 of the highly prospectiveTanami Desert region extending from theWA border to 300 km west of TennantCreek. Flown at 60 m clearance and200 m line spacing, the survey data wasacquired over 6 months in late 2018.
