Rob MJORZD writes: "With ever increasing workloads, trying to share time with family and the other things that tend to take over, making a commitment to training new or existing amateurs through the three levels of the Amateur radio exams can be a problem. The two Phils (Phil Daniels GJ4CBQ and Phil Taylor MJOJER) and club president Mike Turner GJOPDJ have given sterling service at the Jersey Amateur Radio Society (JARS) for a number of years but it has proved harder and harder in recent times to find the time to dedicate to training.
