The Radio Society of Great Britain (RSGB) and Ofcom have reached agreement for the 'optional' use of special callsigns for the Queen's Diamond Jubilee and the Olympic Games and Paralympic Games all UK Amateur Radio stations will have the option to apply for a variation to their licence and use a special prefix.
