摘要

Currently, acquisition, presentation, and analysis of precursor materials (including those for research purposes) requires extensive use of computer-aided technologies. Viewed from this standpoint, the R&D process in engineering geology, feasibility analysis, and monitoring of hydraulic structures should lead to the creation of a comprehensive mathematical model for the system "bedrock foundation - hydraulic structure." The comprehensive mathematical model (CMM) should be able to store multi-dimensional information about geological, engineering, topogeodetic, hydrologic and other conditions for bedrock foundations to be used for projected hydraulic structures as well as for structures under construction or in service. Such a model can be an effective tool for analysis and prediction of the environmental response of a man-made system to a change of its individual elements.
