Increasing the productive use of coal combustion byproducts is a win-win-win proposition, less material is buried saving disposal costs, electricity from coal gets a little bit cheaper due to reduced disposal and combustion product sales, and a valuable resource is put to greater use at a cost savings to those who use the products.
