The fuel cell industry recently gave a lifetime achievement award to John O'Sullivan, who spent many years spearheading fuel cell development at the Electric Power Research Institute. In accepting the award, O'Sullivan gave an insightful presentation of the current status and future prospects for fuel cells. His bottom line was that he thinks the success of fuel cells is closely tied to the future success of nuclear power.
