Powder Diffraction is an International Journal of Materials Characterization. Although the most published articles discuss the use of X-ray powder diffraction, the journal has expanded over the years to include neutron diffraction, electron diffraction, X-ray fluorescence, and additional analytical techniques all used for phase identification and material micro (and nano) structure characterization. The content of Powder Diffraction continues to increase as current subscribers to PDJ also receive the latest volume of the Denver X-ray Conference Proceedings Advances in X-ray Analysis, as well as access to online special supplement publications of recent International Conferences. For 2014 the Proceedings of the Australian X-ray Analytical Association (AXAA) 2014 Meeting will be published and in 2015 the Proceedings of the recently held European Powder Diffraction Conference, EPDIC 14, will be published. For the Powder Diffraction readers, the vast number and variety of publications provide a unique opportunity to stay current in the practice and theory of diffraction and scattering techniques.
