摘要

The influence of several kinds of fillers including nano-calcium carbonate particle, ZnO whisker and hollow glass bead on the vulcanizing performances and mechanical properties of fluoroelastomer (FKM) was studied. The results showed that ZnO whisker is the most helpful to lower the viscosity of the compound and improve processing flowability, and then the glass bead, while the nano-calcium carbonate can improve the mechanical property of the FKM compounds. The comprehensive properties of ZnO whisker filled FKM compound are better than those of the other two fillers.
