Emission Credit Class EPA Protocols are the most accurate CEM calibration gases in the world. They help eliminate calibration errors, which can translate into lost NO and SO_2 emissions allowances that may be sold or banked. Loss of NO and SO_2 emissions allowances is especially likely considering the inaccuracy of many common CEM calibration gases—as proven by results of EPA's blind audit published in May 2004.
