For hot gas filtration above 300F, the UltraCat catalyst filter system is unexcelled in removing PM, S02, HCI, NOX, and Dioxins in a single device, with options to remove Mercury. This is a completely dry system suitable for all flow volumes. Applications include glass furnaces, carbon black manufacturing, large stationary diesel, Boiler MACT compliance, CISWI compliance, incinerators, cement, thermal oxidizers, tracking proppant manufacturing, and kilns. Product recovery from hot gas is also common. UltraCat Catalyst Filters offer a unique capability to remove NOX, PM and acid gases. Filters are embedded with nano-bits of SCR catalyst, facilitating high NOX removal at temperatures much lower than standard SCR. UltraCat is effective for NOX destruction at 350F to 700F.
