The level of DNA methylation was compared in root meristem, adult leaf and endosperm of monocotyledonous species, Haemanthus Katharinae, with the use of HPLC, restriction analysis, Southern blot hybridization and in situ nick-translation Driven by restriction enzyme HhaI.
