When it was time for a refresh of over 100 guest rooms in the Embassy Suites by Hilton located in Detroit-Troy, Auburn Hills, Michigan, Sara Milligan had a lot of choices to make. Milligan is the general manager of the suites. Milligan had to account for every detail since the property was undergoing a full-scope renovation. One especially important piece of the puzzle was the brand and model of the new toilets, especially important for toilets in a hospitality setting. Many families make Embassy Suites their home away from home throughout the year, so the toilets in the facility need to withstand heavy use and high traffic.
