Swedish regulators order stop to waste deposits at LLW facility

Citing poor procedures and radioactivity levels above limits at the Swedish final repository for low-level waste, or SFR, regulators denied the licensee's request for an exemption until the end of 2008 from those limits, and ordered that no more nuclear waste be deposited as of June 21.
