Entergy, NorthStar seek Vermont PUC decision on Vermont Yankee sale

Vermont Yankee licensee Entergy and NorthStar Nuclear Decommissioning Co. have told Vermont’s Public Utility Commission that they may withdraw from a March agreement that would permit the permanently shut reactor to be fully decommissioned by 2030 if the PUC does not approve the unit’s sale by November 30.
