One of three venture capital firms chosen to work closely with national laboratories under a new Energy Department technology commercialization program announced Tuesday it had selected a leader for the company's involvement with Oak Ridge National Laboratory in Tennessee. California firm Foundation Capital, which DOE selected to work with Oak Ridge in the fledgling Entrepreneur in Residence program, named Michael Bauer to the position.
