Denmark nominates six hydrogen projects for EU IPCEI status

The Danish Business Authority has nominated six hydrogen projects tobe considered for large-scale EU project status, including the “GreenFuels for Denmark” consortium with a potential green hydrogenproduction of up to 1.3 GW, and Everfuel’s 300-MW HySynergyelectrolyzer by the Fredericia refinery.Everfuel is also participating in the Green Fuels For Denmarkproject, and the Blue Seal project with fuel cell producer Ballard PowerSystems, both nominated for the EU’s Important Project of CommonEuropean Interest (IPCEI) program to kick-start the hydrogen economy,the company said in a statement June 21.
