The special feature is the two assembly platens outside the mold on either side of the machine. These platens allow assembly of different parts produced in the cube mold - or with other external parts - by snap fit, screw connection, welding, or bonding. Leak testing or inspection can also be performed with these external platens, which can index on x/y axes or rotate, as shown in the diagram.
