Women ready for leadership roles in manufacturing's growth

Have you taken inventory of your coworkers recently? And have you noticed the lack of women, and specifically women in leadership roles within the STEM fields? Why is that? To me, the definition of a leader is someone who looks at the big picture, takes action, guides and directs a group, and is strong enough to stand alone in the decision making process. Women by nature are born leaders. We are taught at a young age to think of others and take on responsibility.
