Speaking before the Subcommittee on Energy and Mineral Resources during a hearing on manufacturing jobs created by the American energy boom, EEIA's Toby Mack said preliminary data from IHS Global Inc. research conducted for his organization forecast a major increase in job creation through 2025 that is directly related to the unconventional oil and gas boom.
