Assessment issues in language translation and interpreting

摘要

As assessment in translation and interpreting (T&I) has been under-researched and under-represented (Arango-Keeth & Koby, 2003, p. 117), this edited volume adds to the understanding of some thorny issues persistent in assessing T&I. Prefaced by Claudia Angelelli, the volume is divided into two parts, with the first centering on general issues in assessing T&I and the second reporting the applications of assessing T&I in five different locales.
