Taking Backups on the Fly

Regular users do not become conscientious about backups, until some data is lost. If you are looking for a tool that does not hinder user productivity, is simple to use and works on its own then DFincBackup is a good choice. It incrementally backs up your files directly to ZIP file archives. Whenever the tool detects that changes have been made to files (within folders), you have configured it to monitor, they are picked up and copied into the backup archive file. DFincBackup also saves each version of a file separately so that you can retrieve a point-in-time copy easily. You can backup to a CD as well. In this article, we show you how to configure and use this solution on a Win XP system.
