Getting the best server at the best price along with the right level of support is a big challenge. Sometimes you have to compromise on the configuration because it doesn't fall within your budget. At another time, the configuration you need is available, but certain features you desperately want are missing. Or, you get everything, but don't get the right level of support. For instance, most vendors don't guarantee support after 3 years.
