This segment got 23 players, out of which only 5 made it to the User's Choice club of 2010. Sify is the winner in this category with 27% of survey participants getting their managed application services from it, followed by HP and then Wipro. When it comes to top of mind recall, there is no favorites with not even single member of User's Choice club getting more than 20% top of mind recall. One reason for this could be that it's a relatively new segment.
