Mnyl installed a lot of servers to support the growing business, leading to a highly de-centralized and inefficient IT infrastructure. This shot up administrative overheads, with lots of underutilized servers sitting there and adding to the company's energy bills and real-estate costs. The organization decided to go for a centralized IT infrastructure, for which three milestones were defined-consolidation of their Lotus Notes and Active Directory Servers and roll out of NAP (Network Access Protection).
