Infosys group of companies is facilitated by a globally accessed digital business engine that runs round the clock at all times. This engine bundles with it numerous custom built applications and packages on multiple technology platforms. The complexity of the business steadily increased with the addition of new subsidiaries, special services and new acquisitions. There was a need to bring in innovation in operation and governance of the business engine to support dynamism in market trends and also the organizational growth. Prior to the implementation of this project, it was a challenge to scale up the existing apps while committing on the required quality of services to its end users.
