This company operates in 4 districts in AP in rural environments. Among the challenges they faced were issues related to network/connectivity, low IT skills among the end users, poor response times for experts to attend to any issues because of remote locations, etc.rnSCCL legacy system architecture was distributed and there were several platforms on which applications were developed. Integration between various functions and various locations was achieved by manual intervention that involved lots of duplicate data entry.
