This is supposed to be the most difficult part of any project but In this case it was very easy as the main stakeholders such as the state govt. IT secretary and divisional commissioner were already convinced when Dr. Nitin B, Ukunde, Founder and MD, Soft Systems Consultancies (our implementation partner and project head) had introduced and presented this wonderful concept to them. I spoke to the other stakeholders such as Education Officer, Block Education Officer, supervisors and cluster heads.
