With this deployment, the airline has managed to provide a morning dashboard to all its airport managers, thereby improving their productivity and operational efficiency IndiGo has an aggressive plan to grow by 3×, and is banking on the power of analytics to achieve it. There was a strong need to provide the right information to the right people at the accurate time, so collaborative business intelligence and business analytics were the need of the hour. The airline felt that there was a strong need to incorporate fact based decision making not only at higher levels, but into all their daily activities. The aviation giant successfully deployed Bl and Analytics, and the man at the helm of the same was Pankaj Khare.
