FBA Will Celebrate 60th Anniversary with Theme: 'Create a Vision, Change an Image'

In 1999, the fibre box Association (FBA) successfully launched a web site to supplement and increase communications between FBA and our members. The association also published a vastly improved edition of The Fibre Box Handbook and created an industry-wide produce container modularity standard. The FBA also represented the U.S. at the International Corrugated Case Association Management Conference and upgraded its "Full Disclosure" software, among other things. Our momentum will not stop in 2000. We will celebrate our 60th anniversary and continue to fight the threat of plastic containers. We will also look to improve "Full Disclosure" using recently reported data on plastic. We will increase the services offered through our web site and finalize our modularity standard.
