Utah Paper Box, Taylor Box Win International Competition

Utah Paper Box Co., Salt Lake City, won the folding carton best of show award in the 4th International Packaging Competition Showcase. Taylor Box Co., Warren, R.I., won the rigid box best of show in the competition. The National Paperbox Association (NPA), the British Packaging Association (BPA) and the Canadian Paperboard Packaging Association (CPPA) co-sponsor the International Packaging Competition Showcase. This international packaging competition is held once every five years and provides the opportunity to showcase and judge the unique artistry and manufacturing capabilities of paper-board packaging converters in the United States, Canada and United Kingdom. An international team judged the entries from the NPA, BPA and CPPA and awarded the best of the best. The winners were announced at the 4th International Packaging Conference in Loch Lomond, Scotland, in late May. Both winning entries came from the membership of the NPA.
