摘要

This paper optimizes and determines the management level evaluation index system of supervision units from four aspects: quality control, progress control, and capital control and safety management. Through analytic hierarchy process and entropy method, the subjective weight and objective weight of each evaluation index are calculated, and the subjective and objective weight is optimized by using the principle of minimum information entropy. Based on fuzzy theory, the management level evaluation model of water conservancy project supervision unit is constructed, and the key inspection items are monitored by structural equation model. The rationality and practicability of the model are illustrated by an example. Inspection of key items can improve the efficiency of supervision on the basis of ensuring the quality of supervision. It also plays a good role in supervising and urging supervision units to ensure their work level and constantly improve their working ability.
