Green-conscious brown-box wines

Boho Vineyards, San Francisco, is thinking "inside the box" by serving up vintage-dated Central Coast Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, and Merlot wines packaged in eco-friendly 3-L bag-in-box wine casks made from unbleached, natural brown, chlorine-free kraft cardboard containing recycled paper. The BIB packaging system is supplied by Scholle Corp.and the wines are being distributed by Underdog Wine Merchants, a division of The Wine Group, Inc.
