Today, the sociotechnological aspects of packaging systems are becoming more and more important. Especially, the development of eco-friendly caps that meet the re- quirements of PL laws is one of our urgent tasks. To achieve this goal, what we are fo- cusing on is the use of resin instead of aluminum as a cap material. Resin caps have been used for many years. Some of them, however, are less advanta- geous than aluminum caps in terms of TE (tamper protection) characteristics.
